Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation announces Mary Shaver, SVP, Regional Production Manager

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Nov. 19, 2020) — Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation announces the addition of Mary Shaver, SVP, Regional Production Manager. 

Shaver brings more than 30 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. She has been responsible for production and management within Wholesale, Correspondent, and Warehouse Lending.   As a regional manager, Shaver successfully introduced several TPO lenders to the West Coast through AE recruitment, coaching and training as well as through client management. Mary has experience in all aspects of lending including origination, compliance, servicing, and post-closing issues. In addition to production management, she championed product development for TPO channel products. 

Shaver is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Finance. She is currently a member of CAMP, NAMB, and MBA.
