Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation announces Chip Adkins, Chief Strategy Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Nov. 18, 2020) — Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation announces the addition of Chip Adkins, Chief Strategy Officer. 

Adkins brings more than 25 years of financial experience to his role overseeing production, planning, strategic growth, and other initiatives for GHMC. He is co-responsible for the corporate health of the company to include recruiting, geographic development, and future growth. Adkins began his career as a certified public accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick and entered the mortgage industry in 2000. He has held numerous positions in the industry including Loan Originator, Regional Wholesale Manager, Divisional Manager, Chief Production Officer and now Chief Strategy Officer.

Adkins is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with an MA in Accounting, Murray State University with a BS in Accounting, and is currently an inactive CPA. He is a member of the MBA, numerous state affiliations, and holds 36 state NMLS licenses for GHMC.
