Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation announces Anita St. Pierre, Chief Operating Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Nov. 4, 2020) — Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation announces the promotion of Anita St. Pierre, Chief Operating Officer.

St. Pierre brings more than 30 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to her promotion St. Pierre was the EVP, of National Credit and Operations at GHMC where she led the management and direction of the daily operational functions from loan boarding through Underwriting, including National Credit and Compliance. She joined GHMC in 2019 after 11 years as a VP, Wholesale Operations at Franklin American Mortgage Company (Citizens Bank) where she led a team who funded an average of $1 Billion annually in third party originated business.

St. Pierre is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. She is currently a member of the National Mortgage Bankers’ Association, Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers’ Association, and Connecticut Mortgage Bankers’ Association.
