About Guaranty

Brett Arsta is the CEO and President of Nashville headquartered Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation.  A veteran of the mortgage industry Brett began his 28-year career as president and owner of AMS Mortgage.  Later, he became a senior account executive at Interfirst, a division of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group increasing volume from 20 million annually to 400 million. Brett served as senior vice president of wholesale production at Franklin American Mortgage where he led a team responsible for production revenues more than 3 billion annually. During his tenure as CEO of Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation Brett has transformed GHMC from a regional to national lender within less than a year continuing to expand the footprint nationally with five operation centers located across the U.S. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a B.A. in Marketing.  Graduate studies from Millsaps Else School of Management and University of Dayton.  He has obtained several advanced certifications within the industry.  Brett has been active in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, AIME, Originator Connect, MAR, HBA, and the National Mortgage Bankers Association. He resides in Franklin, TN with his family.

Adkins brings more than 25 years of financial experience to his role overseeing production, planning, strategic growth, and other initiatives for GHMC.  He is co-responsible for the corporate health of the company to include recruiting, geographic development, and future growth. Adkins began his career as a certified public accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick and entered the mortgage industry in 2000.  He has held numerous positions in the industry including Loan Originator, Regional Wholesale Manager, Divisional Manager, Chief Production Officer and now Chief Strategy Officer.  He enjoys the ever-changing complexity of the space.  Adkins is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with an MA in Accounting, Murray State University with a BS in Accounting, and is an inactive CPA.  He is a member of the MBA, numerous state affiliations and holds 36 state NMLS licenses for GHMC

St. Pierre has accumulated 30 years’ experience in the mortgage industry.  She is responsible for the management and direction of credit and operational risk within the organization.  She also has Compliance and Audit experience and manages vendor relationships for the company.  Previously, she held the role of EVP, National Operations Manager for Guaranty Home Mortgage and has enjoyed being a part of the growth that GHMC has experienced.

St. Pierre began her career in the mortgage industry and has held positions as an underwriter and later an Operations Manager for a top ten lender.  St. Pierre is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts. She is currently a member of the National Mortgage Bankers’ Association as well as several local state affiliations and holds 30 NMLS state licenses. Anita recently relocated to Nashville, TN, after spending the majority of her career living in the Boston, MA area.

Stuart brings 25 years’ experience in finance and accounting.  He is responsible for the financial goals and health of the company and a valuable member of the senior executive team at GHMC.  He joins GHMC from Platinum Mortgage, Inc. after more than 10 years in various leadership roles within their finance organization.  Prior to Platinum, Stuart held various leadership roles within the accounting and finance organizations of Colonial Bank and General Motors and was a successful CPA in public accounting.

Stuart is currently a licensed CPA in several states and holds numerous NMLS licenses for GHMC.  Stuart is currently a member of the AICPA.

Stuart is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in accounting.

Hagood ushers in more than 30 years of industry experience. The majority of his time in the industry has been in the TPO space with experience in operations and sales.  Hagood began his career in 1984 in the consumer finance business and transitioned to the mortgage industry in 1987 with Goldome Credit Corporation.  He opened a regional office for Statewide Mortgage Company in 1993 as vice president and regional manager and helped the office become a national leader before the company was acquired in 1998 by Norwest/Wells Fargo.  He then spent 7 years with New South Federal Savings Bank as one of the top producing account executives serving TPO clients across the southeast.  Working with GHMC since 2009 Hagood oversees business development working closely with Sales and Operations to provide a superior customer experience to all our business partners. Hagood attended Auburn University

Charles has nearly 25 years’ experience in banking and mortgage lending. He joins GHMC from Franklin American Mortgage Company (Citizens Bank) where he led various Risk and Compliance functions for nine years. He previously spent 14 years at HSBC where he was responsible for managing various teams in Compliance, QC, and Warehouse Lending.

Hoving is a graduate of Elmhurst College with a degree in Finance and Economics. He maintains a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation through the ABA and is a member of various MBA committees.

Rhoden brings more than 15 years’ experience in mortgage lending. He previously held roles as Senior Vice President at Franklin American Mortgage Company (Citizens Bank) for 15 years, Vice President of Cloud Technology at Auction Edge, and Vice President of IT and Product Development at Quorum Health. Rhoden will be responsible for implementing the company technological strategies and developing technology systems and infrastructure.

McCormick brings more than 15 years’ experience in his role.  Working with GHMC since 2005 McCormick, has held several positions including Mortgage Loan Officer, IT Manager, EVP Director of Information Technology and now Chief Information Officer. McCormick is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of technology infrastructure for Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation.  He is the United Way’s 2019 Young Leader of the Year.  He currently serves on the Steering Committee for the United Way’s Young Leaders Society and on the Advisory Council Board for Interfaith Dental.

Gillisse brings more than a decade’s experience in his role.  Working with GHMC since 2017 Gillisse leads the capital markets team as the company expands to a nationwide lender. Gillisse is responsible for hedging and pipeline risk management for Guaranty Home Mortgage Corporation.  He is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI.

Bauch brings more than 25 years’ experience in mortgage lending throughout the nation. He is responsible for implementing GHMC’s national sales plan, sales leadership, advancement of professional branding strategy, developing and implementing all actionable items to meet corporate goals.  Before taking on his national role at GHMC, Bauch held several key leadership roles at Franklin American Mortgage for 19 years. He was instrumental in helping FAMC grow from a small regional wholesale lender to a perennial top 10 Wholesale player.  Prior to that role he was a Senior Account Executive for MGIC in the TN and Arkansas markets. Bauch is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Communications.  He is currently a member of AIME, NAMB and several other state mortgage banking organizations. Brandon resides in Austin, TX. with his wife Kelly and two teenage children.

Burke-Robertson has 40 years’ experience in mortgage lending. She has experience in both Wholesale/Retail Sales and Operations at a national level with a record of profitability. She has a high level of customer excellence and strong partnerships with business partners and associates. Burke-Robertson is responsible for the management and direction of the daily operational functions from loan boarding through closing.

Burke-Robertson attended Hinds Community College in Jackson, Mississippi where she began her career in the mortgage industry.
